Slovenia has introduced its own DarsGo electronic toll system for vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of more than 3,500kg, and the vignette for light vehicles up to 3,500 kg is introduced in the country.
To travel to Slovenia, you need a prior online registration and the subsequent collection of the OBU DarsGo, or on-site registration. It is not marketed outside Slovenia (you can see the acquisition points here), and there is no option to ship outside the country.
