What payment methods can I use to pay for my secure parking?
Each secure car park has its own list of payment methods. In general, the available payment methods are:
- Through your OBU (check device acceptance according to the park in question).
- Through the Vrio-UTA Card.
- By bank card or cash.
We recommend that you check the payment method in our secure parks search engine.
If you reserve or pay for parking through the Trucks’nB application, the accepted means of payment are: bank card, OBU Bmoov and ViAxxes or C2A card.
Do all car parks have a video surveillance service?
As a general rule, parks have a closed-circuit video surveillance system. However, you can find detailed information in the Trucks’nB app or in our secure park search engine.
What are the opening hours for secure parks for trucks and heavy vehicles?
Most of the parks are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. However, this is not always the case, so we recommend you check it in our search engine or in the Trucks’nB application.
How far in advance can I reserve my secure parking?
Through the Truck’nB application you can book a maximum of up to one week in advance.
Is there a minimum parking time? How much?
Through the Truck’nB application the minimum parking time to make your reservation is 1 hour.
Can I cancel my reservation? Is there some kind of penalty for cancellation?
Reservations made through the Truck’nB application can be cancelled.
Depending on the date and time of the cancellation, a refund may be made according to the following refund scale and if the entire refund request procedure is followed:
- More than 24 hours before the beginning of the reservation, 50% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- More than 12 hours before the beginning of the reservation, 40% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- More than 1 hour before the start of the reservation, 20% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- Less than 1 hour before the beginning of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation remains pending.
In case of no-show and the reservation has not been cancelled, the total amount of the reservation remains pending.
