charges as\u00a0illegitimate.<\/p>\n<p>The judgment by the Court of Justice of the EU has ruled that tolls in Germany have borne an extra cost of around 4% by including the costs of the traffic police in their fees, in addition to those of infrastructure maintenance (construction, operation , maintenance and development of the infrastructure network).<\/p>\n<p><strong>At Vrio, we are monitoring the
