companies engaged in the transport sector carrying out deliveries or pick upas as well as those doing groupage.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_does_the_law_com_into_force\"><\/span>When does the law com into force?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>01 March 2020<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_do_you_need_to_do\"><\/span>What do you need to do?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Comply with the m\u00ednimum salary legislation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Displaced workers must comply with the m\u00ednimum wage legislation. In Holland, this is determined by the age of the worker:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Notify the Dutch government of the displaced driver\u2019s details.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They require information relating to the driver and the period that the driver will be in the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Carry certain documents in the vehicle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The driver must have access to the following information in the vehicle (Papero r digital format).<\/p>\n<p>Work contracts.<br \/>\nPayslips.<br \/>\nSummary of hours worked.<br \/>\nForms \u201cA1\u201d.<br \/>\nSalary payment confirmation slips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
