Minimum Wage Law
France – Macron Law
The Loi Macron or Macron Law was passed by the French government to make sure that all drivers posted in France earn at least the stipulated French minimum wage.
The law provides that transport companies posting drivers on French territory, whether for international transport operations to or from France or for cabotage operations comply with a number of requirements.
Holland
Similar to the Ley Macron in France, new legislation will soon come into force in Holland which regulates the salary conditions of workers including those that enter the country on a temporary basis; if your drivers travel to Holland then this might mean you.
